Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Business Operational Risk Management team. This role involves continuously improving processes, controls, and operational risk profiles across businesses globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end assurance, providing oversight of risk and control representations in the risk and control register, and creating a virtual practice to drive consistency while driving automation and continuous assurance.

Key Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in audit, assurance, operational risk, and/or compliance
  • Proven knowledge and experience within financial services
  • A demonstrated risk mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Front office or Line 1 Risk experience is highly valued.
