About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Strategist to join our team at Bendigo Bank. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a crucial role in providing insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior workforce planning role, with a strong understanding of budgets and cost-benefit analysis. You will be able to distill complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicate these to senior stakeholders across the business.

As a flexible and proactive individual, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. You will also be able to contribute to a positive working culture and a high-performing team environment.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to provide workforce data and insights to support both tactical and long-term decisions. You will also be responsible for producing various workforce models and scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of [Salary $120,000 - $150,000 AUD] annual salary, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
  • You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, operations management, or business administration.
  • You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of workforce planning principles and practices.
  • You will be highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
