About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Leader to join our team at any of our head office locations. As a permanent, full-time role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager Standard Workforce Practices and play a key part in shaping our workforce strategy to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deeper insights into our workforce capacity to respond to demand across multiple functions and business units
- Analyze data to inform recommendations on increasing operational efficiency while reducing costs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to ensure seamless execution of workforce strategies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce models and scenarios to support business decision-making

Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior workforce planning roles in sizeable and complex workforces (Contact Centre, Operations or Banking preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to distil data insights for senior stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to driving change
- Ability to contribute to a positive working culture and high-performing team environment

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible work options, a hybrid model of minimum 2 days in-office per week, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Must be flexible to travel across various locations interstate.
