About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Lead to join our team at Bendigo Bank. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to ensure effective workforce planning and management
  • Develop and maintain workforce models and scenarios to inform business decisions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful delivery of workforce planning initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a senior workforce planning role in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience in budget and capacity planning, with a strong understanding of financial management principles
  • High emotional maturity and intelligence, with the ability to remain composed under pressure
