About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Director to lead our Glazing Division in the Central Coast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the profitable growth and operational performance of our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize profitability, customer service excellence, and competitive operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, suppliers, industry bodies, and external customers to drive overall success.
- Maintain and improve operational excellence in safety compliance, glazing competency, technical estimates, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and ordering processes to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent within the glazing or glass industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing and maintaining internal and external relationships, respect, and trust.
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent through effective recruitment and selection processes, succession planning, and coaching and development opportunities.
- Experience leading change and driving innovation to align with business objectives and functional strategies.
- Relentless, resilient, tenacious, and accountable for short- and long-term goals, with a focus on removing barriers and supporting teams to achieve success.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
