Procurement Contract Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of contract creation, review, and amendments.

Responsibilities and Key Categories
  • Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts based on both internal and supplier scope of works, variations, deeds of novation, and renewals.
  • Identify and mitigate risk ensuring all legal and contractual matters are addressed appropriately.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance.
  • Maintain the contract register and provide strong contract administration support.
  • Provide guidance on contract-related issues to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A university degree in business, law, or commerce.
  • Experience working within the procurement or legal industry.
  • Working knowledge of both commercial and general legal risks, terminology, and principles (preferably within the procurement sector).
