We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant & Executive Coordinator to join our team at Precruitment.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our management team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and facilitate communication to enable senior staff to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing company websites to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Oversee the sale of advertising packages, liaising with clients and securing agreements to meet business targets.
- Handle client interactions, manage contracts, and ensure timely renewal or negotiation of agreements.
- Generate and interpret reports on audience engagement, open rates, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Draft reports, briefing notes, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and act as a secretary where required.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, correspondence, and business records.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, screen telephone calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Ability to organize schedules and meetings effectively.
- Proficient in handling multiple enquiries and escalating as necessary.
- Skilled in using Office Software.
- Ability to build strong relationships within the team and with external stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per annum based on experience.
