We are seeking a motivated and experienced registered Psychologist to provide counselling and psychological support to our students, promoting their emotional wellbeing and academic success.

This role involves working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to students, parents, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students;
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed interventions and other evidence-based therapies;
  • Work with students, parents, and staff to promote positive education and wellbeing;
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop strategies to support student learning and wellbeing;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and wellbeing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration with AHPRA;
  • Experience as a psychologist in a school or community setting;
  • Experience with CBT and a strong interest in positive psychology and related therapies;
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed interventions;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice;
  • Eligibility for APS registration.
