Through your proven ability to coach and influence, you'll be the go-to for leaders, guiding through complex people risks with expert, balanced, and strategic advice—plus, you'll help keep us prepared and confident when it comes to incident response.
If you love variety, purpose, and making work better for everyone, read on.What you'll doInfluence positive safety outcomes using your contemporary safety knowledge, commercial acumen and skilled storytelling to bring data and trends to life.
Apply your expert knowledge of the evolving WHS legislation and regulatory environment, including psychosocial risks, to effectively manage current and emerging risks relevant to our business.
Tailor your approach by demonstrating a strong understanding of different business areas and customer impacts so that initiatives are aligned and support the broader business strategies.
Support continuous uplift of our safety and wellbeing frameworks and contribute to reporting, governance and assurance practices that are effective.
Work across multiple portfolio teams who influence safety and wellbeing outcomes by building strong relationships and applying a strategic lens to embed controls.
Contribute to effective planning, prioritisation, monitoring and reporting across the team, supporting risk management practices and data quality in source systems.
What you'll bringA strategic mindset and proactive approach to building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Deep technical expertise in safety and wellbeing including expert understanding and application of risk assessment and controls in a corporate setting.
Advanced safety data analysis, continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
Strong operational discipline, planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
Bachelor level degree in Safety, Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, Allied Health, or related discipline (mandatory).
5+ years' experience in safety advisory/consulting roles.
