We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Coordinator and Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief People, Culture & Legal Officer and Company Secretary, as well as assist with governance, paralegal, and secretarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Chief People, Culture & Legal Officer and Company Secretary, including managing their diaries, correspondence, and reports.
  2. Assist with governance tasks, such as managing director travel arrangements, arranging meetings and events, and maintaining records.
  3. Support the paralegal function, including managing contracts, regulatory permits, and other legal documents.
  4. Perform secretarial duties, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-for-profit organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
