Key Responsibilities

  • Build and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales, wages, and shrinkage targets.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered through effective store operations and management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including stock management and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets.

Requirements

  • Strong training and coaching abilities, with experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Previous experience in managing a team to achieve success, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing high volumes of stock, with a strong understanding of inventory control and stock management principles.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous retail experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the retail industry and its challenges.
