Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations in our Port Macquarie store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading and developing the store team, and driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
  • Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll, to ensure financial stability and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, with the ability to create a visually appealing store environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences.
