About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Director. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Manage stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and drive business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
