Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with state managers and operational leaders to drive P&L performance and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear insights on business performance and market conditions.
  • Build advanced reporting and analytics capability to support both day-to-day decisions and long-term planning.
  • Use scenario modelling and business cases to assess investment opportunities, optimise operations, and track initiatives.
  • Enhance systems and reporting tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
  • Build financial understanding among non-finance teams and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, strategy, or a similar analytical role, ideally in a fast-paced consumer goods business.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning, and large data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like PowerBI, TM1, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and present it in a clear, engaging way.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
