Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial analysis and pricing support for major accounts, including input into energy sales negotiations and procurement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial pricing, financial analysis, and opportunity evaluation. They will also have excellent research and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Commercial Analyst will work closely with the finance and commercial teams to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to a forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial analysis and pricing support for major accounts
  • Conduct contract reviews, sales performance assessments, and customer data analysis
  • Manage month-end billing and invoicing processes for key customer accounts
  • Build and maintain Excel based financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
  • Support commercial initiatives with back-office expertise and proactive engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Finance or Accounting background
  • Solid understanding of commercial pricing, financial analysis, and opportunity evaluation
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, modeling, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
