Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance advisory group, you will play a critical role in helping Australian businesses drive growth and improve financial performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to help clients achieve their financial goals by streamlining processes, developing robust control frameworks, and optimizing financial reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, integrity, and inclusivity.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in audit, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ERP Implementations, project cost accounting or financial accounting. A CA or CPA qualification is also essential, along with a solid understanding of general finance and accounting principles.
