Job Title

A Strategic Finance Leader is required to spearhead finance transformation projects, leveraging digital strategy and process optimization techniques.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to design and implement future-ready finance operating models, driving enterprise performance improvement, and technology-led transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of core finance functions, hands-on experience in finance strategy, process improvement, and system implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex finance transformation projects involving digital strategy, process optimization, and future-state operating model design
  • Inspire and guide high-performing teams by mentoring junior consultants and delivering integrated solutions
  • Engage directly with senior finance leaders to build trusted relationships and provide strategic insights

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or in-house finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of core finance functions, including FP&A, record-to-report, and order-to-cash
  • Proven ability to lead and influence, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
