Job Title: Human Resources Director

This is a key role within our organisation that requires an experienced professional to lead the human resources function.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services and providing strategic leadership to a team.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic leadership for the Human Resources function
  • Develop and implement HR policies, practices and strategies effectively and efficiently
  • Deliver high-level advice and support to leadership and management on complex human resource matters
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of HR professionals in a complex HR environment
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data
  4. Conduct recruitment and selection processes to ensure best practice
  5. Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary procedures
  6. Provide coaching, mentoring and training to HR staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
