Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Insurance Advisor to join our team.

The Role

This client-focused role supports individuals in protecting their financial future by working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored personal insurance strategies across Life, TPD, Trauma, and Income Protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their current situation and insurance needs.
  • Provide clear, strategic advice aligned to clients' life and financial goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end insurance process from advice to implementation.
  • Regularly review client portfolios to ensure policies remain appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalise advice documents and applications.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance providers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow internal compliance workflows.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Current Authorised Representative status.
  • Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and RG146 compliant.
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Compliant with FASEA, TASA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a client-first approach.
