Portfolio Manager for Customer Relationships

We have a diverse portfolio of insurance brands and a strong foundation that has enabled us to continue forging ahead, anticipating and meeting the evolving needs of our customers in the ever-changing insurance landscape.
We are looking for an energetic, positive, and self-driven Customer Service Officer. You will manage and nurture a portfolio of customers by placing insurance via inbound and outbound calls and digital platforms. You will work alongside our customer service team responsible for the insurance renewal process.
The successful candidate will be supported with ongoing training and coaching to ensure they are set up for success, developing specialised skills in underwriting, risk assessment, sales, negotiation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services to both our team and customers, in line with relevant regulatory requirements and business objectives.
