Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to oversee the daily operation of our plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that production targets are met.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
