We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to fill the role of Machinery Supervisor.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The primary objective is to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining optimal equipment performance.

  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Skill Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment essential.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills mandatory.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
