Speech Pathologist Role

The ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding to provide clinical services to NDIS participants with complex communication needs. As a speech pathologist, you will work in a national team of over 60 professionals, supporting clients across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.

You will have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community settings, telehealth, and offices. You will also have access to regular supervision, professional development opportunities, and the chance to specialize in a particular area of practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration with the relevant professional association.
  • Previous experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred).
  • A car and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
