- Mentorship and support for First Nation students aged 12-18 years will be a key responsibility, involving facilitating workshops and providing tutoring and assistance.
- Lifetime skills and School Engagement activities, such as cooking, creative arts, leadership, CV creation, goal setting, and job-ready skills will be offered to students.
- Physical education activities, including Traditional Indigenous Games will be organized to promote healthy lifestyles and teamwork.
- Fostering opportunities for cultural exchange between community, NASCA, and school will be facilitated through various community activities.
- Personalised Learning Pathway Plans for NASCA students will be created to ensure tailored support and guidance.
- Collaboration within schools, sometimes working weekends and overnight to run residential programs and camps will be required.
- Program Delivery: Deliver programs in schools, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Career Development: Support students in developing career pathways and enhancing cultural pride and identity.
