Early Childhood Support Specialist

The role of the Early Childhood Support Specialist involves providing vital assistance to families who have concerns about their child's development.

Key responsibilities include identifying and explaining the most suitable pathways of support, whether this be access to early interventions or support with applying for government programs.

This includes collaborating with families to understand their goals and priorities for their child and supporting them in implementing their child's plan.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with families and service providers.

Requirements include:

  • A current driver's license - P1 minimum.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check clearance - mandatory.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WC) or willingness to obtain – mandatory.
  • Working rights in Australia.
