Speech Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have opportunities for career progression, professional development, and work-life balance.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, providing support in a range of settings including clinics, schools, homes, and community-based programs.

Responsibilities will include managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services to meet the needs of our participants. This may involve working with individuals or groups, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key areas of support include early intervention for infants and young children, literacy and communication skills for school-aged children, and functional communication and swallowing disorders for adults.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised therapy sessions to meet the needs of participants.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conducting assessments and developing reports to inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicating effectively with participants, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Experience leading and supporting others.
