Job Description

As the Site Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-end commercial fitout and refurbishment projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include managing on-site construction activity, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation, and overseeing sub-contractor management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Construction programming – long and short range
  • Sub-contractor Management
  • Compliance and Quality Management

You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, including managing trades and contractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered within specified parameters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
  • Commercial site management experience on projects valued up to $10M
  • A strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Commercial fit out and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
