Position Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 5 years of experience in interior architecture, with a strong background in high-end commercial or corporate interiors. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.

Besides technical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities are vital for engaging clients and stakeholders effectively. The ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team is also crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Development: Lead the development of creative, functional, and sustainable design concepts tailored to meet client needs.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to maintain the design vision through all phases of the project.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation in Revit, following established standards.
  • Client Engagement: Actively participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and adjust plans based on feedback and project goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, design adherence, and regulatory compliance.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
