Automating Freight Operations

We're building a platform to streamline freight operations, empowering operators to work more efficiently and accurately.

From auditing invoices and preparing customs filings to syncing information across systems, our platform reduces errors and improves productivity.

Your Role as Customer Implementation Manager

You will be responsible for onboarding both new and existing customers to our platform.

You will manage technical integrations, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Using your project management expertise and interpersonal skills, you will coordinate resources, track milestones, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Own and manage implementation cycles from signed-to-live for enterprise clients.
  • Manage scalable implementation project plans for a portfolio of clients.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to align on functional requirements and operational design.
  • Work closely with technical teams to facilitate integration testing and resolve technical integration issues.

We're looking for someone with significant experience in implementation and/or project management within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.

A background in the logistics industry would be advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential for this role.
