Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our centre at Goodstart Walkerston. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in inspiring and motivating our team members, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
In this role, you will support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will mentor and build capabilities within the team, be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, and implement best practices.
About Our Centre
Goodstart Walkerston is a 74-place service, caring for children from Nursery through to Kindergarten. We pride ourselves on genuine relationships between educators, teachers, and families. Our centre has passionate and qualified staff with a supportive leadership team.
