Job Title: Operations Director

As an experienced Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of services provided by our Platform Development team.

  • Manage a team responsible for application deployment, device configuration and provisioning, scripting and automation, and some application development.
  • Apply project management methodologies to coordinate, allocate resources and track delivery of IT enabled projects.
  • Produce clear and accurate documentation, including change records aligned with ITIL practices, as well as design and process documentation to support ongoing service improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus by ensuring that all services are delivered with the customer in mind, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
