About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Health and Safety Officer to join our team. As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and provide corrective action recommendations.
  • Train staff on safety protocols and monitor compliance with safety regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and collaborate on safety improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an HSE role within the Building and Construction or related industry.
  • Experience with the HSE accreditation process is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
