This role provides specialist HSE support and advice to all project management staff, subcontractors, and workers, with a focus on our management system, training, consultation, monitoring, and governance support to ensure our HSE policies and procedures and regulatory requirements are implemented at the project level and are effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing health and safety plans
  • Ensure legislation is adhered to
  • Provide training and advice to team members and subcontractors
  • Conduct reviews and risk analysis
  • Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Investigate incidents and report findings

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a WHS role within the commercial industry
  • Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
  • Strong understanding of the latest OH&S legislation
  • Experience working on new build projects over $50M
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120k - $150k + super, as well as a permanent full-time position, with multiple locations available (Cronulla & Castle Hill).
