Job Description

As the Salesforce Platform Owner, you will be responsible for developing and executing the integrated roadmap for the CRM platform. You will lead the CRM Delivery team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration with internal business units. Your expertise will be pivotal in championing the use of Salesforce to solve complex business problems and drive informed decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimal workflow solutions, leveraging industry-leading research and best practices. With your technical expertise and interpersonal skills, you will build strong relationships with senior management and influence strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in a large complex organization, ideally leveraging CRM capabilities
  • Proven technical expertise across the full spectrum of CRM's
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing and building strong relationships
  • Demonstrated management experience, including preparation and presentation of high-level reports and budgets
  • Superior logical and rational decision-making skills, with the ability to spot flawed logic and coach teams to correct errors
