Job Description

The role of Salesforce Engineering Leader involves driving architectural vision, direction, and delivery of key platforms and associated technology domains. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will build and nurture a practice of highly skilled engineers who work collaboratively with product managers and subject matter experts to achieve impactful outcomes. The Salesforce architecture and platform strategies must be integrated seamlessly into our broader technology landscape, driving innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading critical decision-making processes to achieve strategic technology goals through an inclusive and empowering environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise.
  • At least 3 years leading cross-functional engineering teams with a DevOps mindset.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions in B2B environments.
