Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring safety, quality, program, and commercial targets are achieved
  • Manage programs using industry-standard tools like Microsoft Project and oversee real-time cost forecasting, procurement, and claims
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence by providing leadership, conducting audits, and managing risks
  • Ensure quality assurance through the implementation and maintenance of procedures and protocols
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and internal mobility

Your Skills and Experience:

  • No less than five years' experience in a project engineering role within civil or infrastructure projects
  • Strong capabilities in forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
  • High proficiency in preparing and delivering project programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and Office Suite, with exposure to industry-standard tools desirable
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and supporting others
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • A practical, humble mindset with a strong desire to step into more responsibility
