This permanent, full-time position offers 35 hours of flexible working per week, providing an ideal work-life balance.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the development, planning, project management, surveying, designing, and delivery of civil infrastructure capital works programs.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop major projects under various site, planning, and financial constraints.
- Lead a team of approximately 25 staff, comprising three teams within the Civil Projects Unit.
- Manage the budget, reporting, improvement, and corrective actions for civil infrastructure capital works.
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction, Survey, Design, or a related field with significant industry experience.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
