
Rail Infrastructure Manager

As a Senior Rail Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a multi-disciplined team to deliver rail infrastructure maintenance and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of rail infrastructure professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects;
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation;
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against project milestones;
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements;
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies;
- Optimise resources and improve productivity through process improvements and technology adoption;
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues;
- Ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field;
- Proven experience in rail infrastructure management, preferably in a senior leadership role;
- Strong technical knowledge of rail infrastructure systems and processes;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
