Job Overview

As a Senior Rail Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a multi-disciplined team to deliver rail infrastructure maintenance and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of rail infrastructure professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects;
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against project milestones;
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements;
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies;
  • Optimise resources and improve productivity through process improvements and technology adoption;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues;
  • Ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field;
  • Proven experience in rail infrastructure management, preferably in a senior leadership role;
  • Strong technical knowledge of rail infrastructure systems and processes;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
