Overview

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our contract delivery for a Tier 1 client in NSW. The role will support the delivery of meter reading, reconnection, disconnection services and probe reading across the Hunter, Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydney regions. This pivotal role is accountable for financial performance, safety and quality outcomes, client relationship management, and operational delivery of the contract. You will oversee budgets, reporting, and profitability while engaging with senior client stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and service excellence.

As a Contracts Manager at ETS, you'll be responsible for enhancing our people first approach whilst enabling a great client partnership, strong financial outcomes, driving business growth, and maintaining proactive safety and quality outcomes. You will act as the senior point of contact for contractual and operational matters, supported by the General Manager and a dedicated operational team.

Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for financial performance including P&L, forecasting, budgets and reporting
  • Contract HSEQ performance accountability
  • Client relationships – proactively build and maintain strong relationships
  • Oversee field operations, and manage resources to deliver contract requirements
  • Lead, mentor and develop operational teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial, operational and safety performance
  • Maintain contract compliance and deliver timely resolution of client issues
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in contract or project management within a large organisation
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience in P&L accountability and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior clients and stakeholders on contractual and operational matters
  • Proven people management and leadership capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in negotiation and decision making
  • Industry experience in a similar environment would be preferred
