
Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. This includes answering incoming calls, addressing client concerns with empathy, and meeting key performance metrics.
High levels of customer service experience and administrative expertise are required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing demands.
