Job Title: Client Service Expertise Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize customer outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure continued excellence in customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume call centre environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised in a small team.
  • Ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.

Benefits:
