About the RoleWe provide IT technical infrastructure solutions for the Asia Pacific region, including design, implementation, and support. The Data Management team covers Database, Middleware, and Storage functional areas.
Main Responsibilities- Support, implement, and design services for IT systems and infrastructure business lines.
- Coordinate integration between IT systems and infrastructure specialists on approved projects.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for upgrades, enhancements, and improvements to ensure future-proofing and compatibility.
- Install, configure, implement, maintain, and document IBM MQ-series, Microsoft BizTalk, Apigee Edge, and RedHat Fuse.
- Automate processes via CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience with CDC automation.
- Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Background in API, integration, and messaging support roles.
- Knowledge of MQ, BizTalk, and/or Apigee technologies.
- Strong customer-focused approach and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
