Operations Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing truck jobs, acting as the conduit between clients and drivers.

This role involves allocating, coordinating, and managing tasks to ensure efficient delivery of services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Operations Team Member will be responsible for managing drivers, vehicles, and owners across the fleet. This includes submitting and coordinating insurance claims, providing regular reporting to clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone with strong geographical knowledge of Adelaide suburbs and surrounding areas. A proven ability to learn new software programs and manage high volumes of tasks simultaneously is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing truck jobs
  • Acting as the conduit between clients and drivers
  • Allocating and coordinating tasks
  • Managing drivers, vehicles, and owners across the fleet
  • Submitting and coordinating insurance claims
  • Providing regular reporting to clients
