Job Role Overview:

Transport Supervisor

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily transport operations across the site. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and timely deliveries to customers by managing transport allocations and coordinating dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily transport activities to guarantee timely delivery of consignments
  • Manage transport allocations to ensure seamless execution of delivery schedules
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive a strong safety-first culture within the team
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery performance and freight traceability

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in transport coordination, scheduling, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles and safe working practices
  • Proven ability to work effectively with sub-contractors and/or third-party logistics providers
  • Background in FMCG or high-volume logistics environments
