About the Role">

As an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele. You will work closely with our optometrists to dispense lenses and frames per prescription, build meaningful relationships with clients, and assist with opening and closing procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.">
  • Previous experience with store opening/closing duties.">
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.">
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills.">
  • Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.">
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.">
  • Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential.">
