We are seeking a vibrant, people focused Practice Manager with great customer service to lead our Southern Optical practice in Jannali, Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity suitable for an Optical Dispenser aspiring to progress their career. Work within an optometry practice that has strong ties to the local community. Southern Optical has been a well established practice in southern Sydney for over 30 years and is part of the EyeQ Optometrists group.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing performance of the practice whilst overseeing day to day operations and practice admin
- Training of team members
- Management of stock levels
- Dispensing optical products to patients

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Optical Dispensing and retail management experience
- Excellent communication skills with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- An eye for great style and fashion trends.
