Regional Director Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Regional Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional early childhood education and care services across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing quality and safety standards, driving growth and innovation, and developing leaders within the organisation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Centre Directors to achieve organisational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive quality and safety excellence across all centres
  • Mentor and coach Centre Directors to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Safety & Risk team to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and incident management
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and develop plans to achieve them
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in early childhood education and care, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, child safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
