We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality education and care to children.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality education and care to children.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Have experience working with young children, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
  • Be available to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote children's learning and development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

What You'll Bring:

\
  • Have a diploma in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

\
  • Have a Child Protection Certificate.
  • Have a Food Safety Certificate.
  • Have over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector.
