At MYOB, we're on the hunt for a talented National Account Director to join our Acquisition team. As a key player in our sales strategy, you'll be responsible for helping new MYOB customers start, survive, and succeed on our ERP Enterprise platform. Your primary focus will be on qualifying, pursuing, and successfully closing opportunities in your territory with a true hunter/execution capability.

About the Role

You'll be part of a high-performing team that implements best-in-class sales methodologies and pipeline management processes to deliver high-volume, fast-velocity revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving software sales quota by selling MYOB Acumatica Business and associated Enterprise solutions to meet annual recurring revenue targets
  • Building and managing a self-sourced addressable market and carrying specific pipeline generation quotas and closing business from self-generated leads
  • Holding an Expansion revenue target and overachieving sales targets selling into a customer back book
  • Proactively planning, forecasting, and managing pipeline, ensuring that gap and upside plans are in place
  • Managing a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need, through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge to become a specialist on relevant buyers

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise-level SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of owning a sales territory. Your expertise in ERP, Payroll, WFM, Practice Management, and/or Financial Services solution selling is essential. You'll need to be able to influence, navigate, and sell into complex C-Suite decision-making groups with tight control of forecasting on a set cadence and exceptional forecast accuracy. A consistent track record of targeting and acquiring new customers is also crucial.
