As a key player in our Sustainable Operations team, you will play a vital role in driving measurable changes across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and interpret critical environmental data, including energy consumption, water usage, waste management, and greenhouse gas emissions
  • Prepare compelling reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage utility billing coordination and prepare financial forecasts for energy and water to optimise resource allocation
  • Identify opportunities for sustainability improvement and develop business cases for environmental projects to drive growth
  • Conduct sustainability data audits and present performance metrics to key stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Research industry best practices, trends, and technological advancements in sustainability to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that reduce environmental impacts and enhance operational efficiency

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver client-approved sustainability projects and contribute to shaping a better future for our clients, people, and communities.

Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Finance, Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing sustainability performance data and developing evidence-based recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify innovative solutions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build relationships with diverse audiences and foster a culture of collaboration
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
